Cylinder liners sealing O-ring grooves reconditioning
Cylinder liners sometimes have erosion wear in place of grooves under sealing O-rings, as well as corrosion wear of outer seat belts, caused by leakage from sealings in operation.As the solution – a combined welding and thermospray method is proposed. Using this technology we can restore a good sealing and seat of the cylinder liner.
