Description of work

Turbocharger rotor shaft necks were repaired by laser cladding method, without any shaft deformations.
Necks original hardness was measured before repair and saved on the design level after repair.
Shaft jumping was carefully checked and recorded, no changes has been observed after repair process.

After sale

Turbocharger rotor shaft was immediately assembled and subjected to operation at the end of repair.
