Repair of CPP blades is highly requested novadays. CPP blades damaged in operation or weared (blade edges thinning) in operation can be rebuild using Reneko technologies.
We have good experience in repair of different CPP blades, beginning from common shape small blades, going to cruise ships large-size CPP blades with big skew angle. In case of big damage and geometry violation a special geometry measurement procedure is applied, during repair, to ensure CPP blade geometry conformity for reliable operation. CPP balancing and/or weights adjustment grants a good reliability of CPP and drive shafting in operation.

Repair of CPP hubs
Welding repair of CPP hubs is sometimes needed in case of wear-out of the nests under CPP blades in place of sealing O-rings, and also in case of metal defects, such as cracks, unallowable in operation.
